Firstly cut cauliflower into very small pieces wash it nicely and boil give 3_4 whistle.
Chop onion green chillies and ginger in a chopper or you can finely chop it on a board.
Now chop tomatoes also in a chopper or finely cut them and keep aside.
Now heat a oil in a kadhai add cumin seeds let it crackle nicely then add hing and 1 tsp red chilli powder.
Stir well add chopped onion and saute it nicely for 5_6 mins on low flame till it is tender and starts leaving oil.
Now add the other spices stir well and add chopped tomatoes and grated raw mango and let it cook on low flame again till tomatoes are cooked and mashed up well
Now drain the cauliflower in a strainer and it to the tomato mixture and mash it nicely.
Let it cook in low flame only keep stirring in between cook till it starts leaving sides and oil seperates.
Now add the grated cheese mix well cook for 3_4 mins till cheese is melted well.
Now off the flame transfer the bhartha into a serving bowl .
Heat oil.in a small wok add 1 tsp of red chiili powder heat for 1 mins and pour chilli oil on bhartha .
Garnish it with some grated cheese and coriander
